Unlike other spaces that might focus on parenting Autistic or ADHD children, this is a space for you to focus on your needs as an Autistic and/or ADHD person and as a parent. Up to 5 people per group.

This is a 1-hour workshop for adults who would like to attend to emotional/psychological wounds and are interested in writing as a form of self-expression. In this workshop we will:

• Briefly outline the free writing method

• Practice individual free writing

• Where comfortable, there will also be options to share what you have experiences
